Big Show Fireworks Refund Policy: Your Satisfaction, Our Priority

At Big Show Fireworks, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. That's why we offer a flexible 7-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for a Return: To initiate a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• It should be unused and remain in its original packaging.
• Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Starting a Return: Commencing a return is easy. Just reach out to us at hello@bigshowfireworks.co.uk. Please take note that returns must be shipped to the following address:

For fireworks, please use a specialist hazardous goods courier for the safe return of the items. The associated costs are your responsibility. In the absence of this, we will arrange for the goods to be recovered, with the cost deducted from any refund due.

Important: Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: We take quality seriously. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you encounter any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We'll assess the issue and make it right. Remember to sign only for the number of boxes that have arrived.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to secure the product you desire is to follow these steps:

1. Initiate the return process for the item you have.
2. Once your return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Rest assured, we'll keep you informed throughout the refund process. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Do keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
